Body The physical body is just a temporary vessel or channel that is used to experience life in this 3rd dimensional plane of existence. Nothing is permanent and everlasting. We experience birth, sickness and death in each lifetime which Buddhists call it Samsara, the cycle of birth and death. It comes to all. By accepting that this physical body that we occupy is only temporary will we be more able to detach ourselves from any negative emotions, ego and suffering. There is nothing to cling or attach to. We move from each different lifetime for our soul to learn, grow and evolve. When we refuse to accept life challenges or victimizing ourselves, we put ourselves in a mode of denial and resistant to the flow of the universe. Each person has a different life lesson, experiences and challenges. It is up to the individual to handle, tackle and manage. There is no judgement as to what is the right or wrong way of handling or deciding which path to walk. It is all about getting through the ebbs and flows and listening to the guidance from the universe.
Matter
In scientific terms, Matter is anything, such as a solid, liquid or gas, that has weight (mass) and occupies space. In Buddhist terms, Matter is made up four elements - Fire, Water, Earth and Air. Matter is impermanent and is just another energy form that changes from one form to another.
Mind
The mind that most of us use is the ego mind that is made up of feelings, perceptions, thoughts and consciousness. In spiritual cultivation, the mind development that we refer here is the neutral, stand-alone mind that is visionary. It is not the brain or what you think with the logical mind or the ego. It is the universal consciousness that is non-judgemental. It is the development of the mental state of clarity and higher wisdom.
Awareness
Awareness is a focused attention on mind and matter. It is about knowing what is happening around you, what you are thinking, feeling and doing and the ability to differentiate that those thoughts, feelings and doings are from the physical body and not from your soul. There are many levels of awareness. When a person is in a coma, there is a lack of awareness although the soul is hanging outside the physical body. When we are in a conscious state, the awareness is very much attached to the physical bodies.
Soul
The soul is our Inner Self or Inner Child made up of Light and Love created by the Divine Source or God or whatever you choose to call It. The Soul has Free Will to choose and decide what it wants to do or where to go. It can choose to incarnate on a physical body before or upon birth or choose to leave the body upon its will. The soul can be transformed or changed depending on the life lessons and the ability to have self-realization.
Spirit
We are all energy beings. We are all fractals of the Divine Source's infinite energy. Energy can be strong or weak. Spirits can be found in humans, animals and living things. When a person dies, it is important to have a strong mind development to determine the next destination at the last moment of the life. The decision lies on whether the person is willing to let go of the physical body . It depends on the last breath before death. If the person struggles and remains trapped to the physical body, he or she becomes a lost spirit with no direction and no life purpose unless someone shows them to the Light.
DNA
DNA is our soul essence. Humans used to have 12 strands of DNA millions of years ago. Through genetic manipulation and engineering, 10 strands of DNA were hidden or deactivated by the Anunnaki aliens to keep humans subservient. By reactivating our DNA, we can remove the reptilian DNA and activate our Light bodies / Mekabah. The Mekabah is not Satanic or Zionist (figure 1). It is the merging of our feminine and masculine energies within ourselves to create balance just like the Tao of Yin and Yang. Activating our mekabah enables us to astral travel and changes our personality to be more aligned with Love and Light. The Mekabah acts like a protected vehicle for transportation in the cosmic world.
