In the system of Human Design, the founder Ra Uru Hu, delivered a lot of interesting materials including the Global Cycles. This is quite similar to the prophecies in Hindu Cosmology of the Yuga Cycle. We are now coming towards the end of Kali Yuga cycle which some of the vedic astrologers predict it to be in year 2025 while some believed that we are already in Dwapara Yuga. Kali Yuga is believed to be the worst of all the world ages that is full of conflicts, dark age of ignorance, hypocrisy and vice. This is why we can see a lot of disinformation from the internet and social media, Fact Checkers, clamping down of Facebook shares on conspiracies, disinformation agents, controlled oppositions, rising number of scams, wars etc. We are in the dark age of ignorance, deceit and hypocrisy. But this soon will change and in fact, it is already changing now. Dwapara Yuga is the age of Energy. This is also why there are more and more people are learning energy healing modalities such as Reiki, Pranic Healing, Quantum Touch, QHHT, Qigong, accupuncture, accupressure, meditation, yoga, sound healing, bioresonance, crystal healing etc.

In the Human Design Community, there are a number of people interpreting what the Global Cycle of the Cross of Sleeping Phoenix means for Humanity with links above.
This is my interpretation of what this global cycle is about.
The Cross of Sleeping Phoenix is associated with gates 55, 59, 34, 20.
Gate 55 is about Abundance and Freedom. The shadow is Victimization.
Gate 59 is about Intimacy and Transparency. The shadow is Dishonesty.
Gate 34 is about Strength and Majesty. The shadow is Force.
Gate 20 is about Self Assurance and Presence. The shadow is Superficiality.
The Sleeping Phoenix has been asleep in the matrix in the dark ages of ignorance for a long time. Now it is starting to awaken and rises from the ashes. Gate 59 is about sexuality and sacral energy. It is a productive and creative energy generated from the sacral which will travel up to the throat to be expressed in its own way. But this energy is also moody and inconsistent. It has its mood swings. Sometimes the Phoenix will feel its highs and moves forward with so much passion and drive. At other times, the Phoenix will feel its lowest of the lows and turns melancholic. It also has its fear of intimacy to connect with others. There is distrust in humanity because of past experiences in the Cross of Planning or Kali Yuga where there is deceit, scams, betrayals, conflicts, governmental structures, rigid systems and corruption. So in this new global cycle, Humanity has to learn to release the traumas and forgive, to trust and go with the flow, to learn to recognize and in-tune with the rhythm of the body, the moods and Life. This is why I shared about Taoism on Wu Wei in my previous post. We are learning to ride the waves of ups and downs without resistance like surfing.
We are teaching others how to surf, how to navigate too. But this energy is also self-centred. When we start to master this flow, we will be able to navigate life on our own without depending on others, without giving our powers away to others. We will start to trust our own intuition and body response to make decisions without relying on external validation or approval. We will not be easily swayed by others' opinions and views but to establish our own beliefs. This is also the age of Self-Empowerment in Gate 34 that is the gate of Power. We are learning to master our own energies. This is very self-empowering and feels like the energy of a King holding its own Majesty and Reverence. But it is not forceful or dictatorial. It is simply trusting and utilizing its own strengths. It is through past experiences of distrust that we learn to let go and open our hearts to trust in life again, to share our deepest truth without hiding, where we can be authentic with others. Gate 34 is a also a multi-tasker. It is always busy. But this busyness is guided and driven by Spirit if we are operating correctly according to our strategy and authority.
The energy of Gate 55 is the gate of Spirit. It is an emotional energy to bring Abundance that will lead to Freedom. We will no longer see ourselves as victims of circumstances or external events. When we are self-empowered to make decisions based on our own inner authority and strategy, we will be guided towards creating a life with abundance. We will start to recognize and in-tune with our solar plexus or emotional waves of highs and lows. We are slowly evolving from Splenic Intuitive / Instinctive awareness to Ajna Mind / Self-Reflective awareness to Solar Plexus Spirit Awareness.
Gate 20 is the gate of Now, contemplation and Presence. Humanity will start to contemplate, meditate and connect with our Presence, Spirit, Higher Self by being more present.
So this is where we are all going towards and some of the incarnating children such as the rainbow and crystal children are bringing towards our future evolution.
In Buddhist teachings, the Buddha taught that we are not the body, we are not the emotions, we are not the thoughts. The focus is on detachment from the physical. But I believe that this teaching is useful for detachment from too much attachments to the physical realm. There has to be a balance of detachment and groundedness. If we are overly attached to the physical realm, we become overly materialistic and lose our spiritual connectivity to the Source. If we are overly detached to the physical realm and focus only on spirituality, we become ungrounded and floaty. There is a reason why Spirit comes into Matter. It is for Spirit to experience and bring Heaven on Earth. So our body (matter) has a purpose. In the new global cycle, we are learning to recognize Spirit in our body. The Kingdom of God is within you and above you. God is everywhere. God is in Spirit and Matter.
Interesting, so we are on a cusp into a transitional period and the beginning of an age focused on energy.
