There are many different ways that the system creates frequency fences with anything that is metal, air, water, wood, electricity, anything with consciousness through sound frequencies, curses, drumming, voices. It is black magic.
Metal barricades, walkway shelters, lamp posts, ERP gentry, metal fencings all were programmed to create frequency fences that send sharp screeching sound to the ears of some targeted individuals. This is a program set up by negative alien groups from another galaxy called The Great Wall to control the consciousness of these non-living things on Earth to feed lies onto these things and claim themselves as aliens, demons, reptilians, AI, Source, Creator etc.
Cell towers, Antenna Panels, Satellites, Control Board, Signal Towers are sending instructions to consciousness in the etheric plane to the house of the targeted individuals to instruct things in the house to disturb the person's energy field with sounds in their left ear, disturb consciousness in the house to attack the TI or send spells or curses.
Any wonder why there is a Great Wall of China? It is a portal connecting to The Great Wall Galaxy for these negative entities to come. They are not benevolent. These are the Ciakahrr and other species. Emperor Qin was controlled by the Ciakahrr entity for a long time without anyone intervening. This was why he was a dictator. They set up a lot of indoctrination on Earth and hijack religions and burned the books to stop humanity from knowing the Truth.
